iBay for Bayesian inferences using MCMC techniques

The iBay software is now an important internal vehicle for Bayesian statistical analyses. It supports, among others, mixed inheritance models (complex segregation analysis), multi-QTL models (for finemapping), and genomic prediction models.
The software can be made available in research projects or research collaborations.
